Our mission as breeders is to offer to families the best guidance in choosing the right puppy and of course our guarantee of “Quality and really unique Chihuahuas” Our reservation list requires a $1,500 dollar deposit (which is credited to the sale price of the puppy you choose.

The list works as follows: Once the Mom you choose gives birth, and we take a week to check the health of each puppy, we will then send you pictures of each one of them.In the next 24 hours after you receive the pictures you will need to decide if you want one of them. If the answer is no the puppies not taken we publish for sale on our website.If the answer is yes we announce your puppy is reserved.

​1) The waiting list has the advantage of allowing you to be ahead of anyone else on the list to see the puppies as well as having preference in the selection of which puppy you want as each litter is born.

​2 - Prices of our puppies range from $1,500 UP depending on the sex and lineage of the puppy.Our policy is we do not price by size as all our Chihuahuas are of Championship Lineage so small size is a characteristic of all our puppies.

​3) We recommend that if you want a Hollywood Chis Puppy you take the necessary steps to reserve your place on the list as soon as possible.

​4) In summary, a deposit gets you on the list for the highest priority selection of any litter. We will need the balance of your total payment for your Chihuahua one week before we ship your puppy or you pick your puppy up in person.

​Our goal is to provide the best homes for our puppies so if you decide to make a deposit please tell me you are considering making a deposit to get on the list and I will send you a puppy application before you deposit.

To be placed on the “E-NEWSLETTER” Mailing list is free & requires you to join via email by clicking our E-NEWSLETTER . You may request to be placed on a list to be notified of a litter arrival. I will notify those that have requested to be placed on the “Mailing list ” through e-mail in the order that the request was made. This does not guarantee that you will get the puppy you want but you will be notified as soon as puppies are available/posted on the website.

To be placed on the “WAITING LIST” requires a $1,500.00 DEPOSIT. Your deposit will be applied towards the total purchase price of your puppy. Those placing a “Waiting List Club” deposit will be given first choice of the puppies, boy or girl of their choice, in the order that their deposits were placed. Your “Waiting List” deposit guarantees notifications of all upcoming puppies regardless of sex , color and size.
Once the puppies are born, or become available, an additional $1,500 “PUPPY DEPOSIT” is required to hold the puppy of your choice until it is ready to be either picked up or shipped. No puppy will be considered on hold until we have received your second deposit. If you have already placed a “Waiting List club” deposit then an additional $1,500 is required at that time.

​ALL “PUPPY DEPOSITS” ARE NON-REFUNDABLE **. The only exception would be is if something unforeseeable was to happen to your puppy, in which case your deposit would be applied toward the purchase of another puppy from another litter. In some cases, a deposit may be applied towards the purchase of another puppy of your choice from the same litter or from another litter or future litter.

Your deposit is GOOD FOR LIFE and will be valid until you find the puppy of your choice. Once you have found your dream puppy, we will remove you from the list . Another deposit will be required in order to continue receiving updates and to get first pick again .

You can suspend your membership at anytime, which means that we will stop sending you email updates on all of our new upcoming puppies , but you can re-activate your membership at anytime .

You will receive a $100 BONUS upon joining. This bonus will be applied toward your final balance, and will be credited to you when your final payment is made.

The deposit signifies good intent on the behalf of the Buyer to follow through with the purchase transaction of a puppy.

Please remember that I reserve the right to have the first pick of any litter.
DEPOSITS may be made via Cash, credit card or through PayPal. When using PayPal, please add an additional 6% for their handling fee, when using Credit card, please add an additional 9% tax /fee and if paying Cash or Direct bank deposit, those options are free. Once you have decided on a litter or on a puppy and you are ready to place your deposit, you will have one week from the day of the deposit made , to make the final payment .

ALL PUPPIES WITH A DEPOSIT PLACED ON THEM MUST BE PAID FOR IN FULL BY THE TIME THEY ARE 8 WEEKS OF AGE. (unless other arrangements are made in advance, please see below)

If you are shipping your puppy and making your final payment with any form of payment other than PayPal, your final payment must be received at least 3 weeks prior to shipping. The remaining balance must be paid via Paypal, credit card or direct bank deposit, or money transfers. Your final payment must be made 3 days prior to shipping and one week after you initial deposit, Any delay in the final payment could result in a delay in shipping or picking up your puppy and additional fees.

It is agreed that the Buyer accepts all responsibility for any additional boarding and shipping fees.
If you are picking up your puppy, and your final payment has not been received by the time your puppy is 8 weeks of age, your final payment must be paid in cash or with credit card only.

​You are welcome to pay for your puppy in full at any time.
For in person pick-ups, payments must be paid in cash or credit card only–no checks, money orders, etc.
Please understand that these stipulations are not a reflection on you personally, but to guard against those who would be dishonest.
